2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for select pin codes.
Cauzeway reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or orders based on operational requirements.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
Customers can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
