Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Cauzeway. We design cloths for Indian body types — better shoulder, chest, sleeve and length proportions for Indian men.
At Cauzeway, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The product must be in its original condition without any damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

A valid proof of purchase/order number must be provided.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events marked as "Non-Returnable."

Gift cards.
-
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.
3. Exchange Policy
If you would like a different size of the same product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund as per our refund policy.

Exchange requests can be initiated by contacting our customer support team.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Share your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.

After the product is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for eligible returned products.
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method after collecting the necessary payment details.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return eligibility criteria.
8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Cauzeway will bear the return shipping costs.

For size exchanges or customer preference returns, return shipping charges may apply.
